Each template below is a ready-made Project configuration for Claude or ChatGPT. Both tools let you create a persistent workspace with permanent instructions, so every conversation follows the same format, tone, and process without anyone re-briefing it. You configure it once, share it with your team, and it works the same way for everyone.

Create a Project
In Claude or ChatGPT, create a new Project and name it to match the template you are setting up, for example "Arrears Communications" or "Lease Summaries".

Paste the system prompt into Project Instructions
Open a template below and copy the system prompt. Inside your new Project, find the Instructions field and paste it in. This tells the AI how to behave every time someone uses this project.

Replace the [brackets] with your firm's details
Every template contains placeholders like [Firm Name], [Your Name], and [City]. Replace these before saving. Any bracket left in will reduce the quality of the output.
Trigger phrases
Each template includes a suggested opening phrase. This is what your team types at the start of a message in that Project to give the AI the right context straight away. The Project is always active once configured; the trigger is just a usage guide. You will find it displayed on each card below.
Adding your team
Once a project is configured, invite colleagues directly inside Claude or ChatGPT. They get access to the same instructions without any setup of their own.
